Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time: between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. • Check-out time: 11:00 am. • Late Arrivals: Please call (Tel USA: 941 981 5331) • Late Check Out: Additional fee of $50.00

Reservations and Deposit

Advance payment in full at the time of booking your reservation Rates are based per room, per night, for single or double occupancy. We accept Visa, Master Card Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include applicable state and city tax. No refunds for earlier departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Advanced payments are refundable less a $100.00 processing fee for each room if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or 14 days for special events. • 30 day cancellation for multiple bookings and holidays. • Group reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Smoking

• Non-smoking facility. There are designated areas outside with ashtrays provided. Guests choosing to disregard our policy will be asked to leave and will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of $300. Fire codes do not allow the burning of candles.

Children

Well behaved children 8 years and above are more than welcome. They will be pampered as little princes and princesses. Children amenities can be inquired from the innkeepers if necessary.

Pets

We are unable to accommodate our guests pets.

• Special dietary restrictions or food allergies: Please let us know if you have special diet restrictions when making your reservation. • We can communicate in English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch.
